Wowed by Technical Sales Rep and his knowledge based on fact and experience of applications. No upselling. No fluff. Just the facts delivered in a professional \& concise manner. Actual turnkey installation was done w/ minimal hassle to the homeowner and even included full clean\-up; in the attics, outside perimeter, and even in the garage/driveway when checking for metal/sheet metal screws. Post\-follow\-up to the install done by the owner who came right out and said I do this to keep a hands\-on pulse on my business. Not bad approach. Don't know if that's how Carrier or United Technologies trains their dealer organization or if that is on the owner but straight on mind\-set is always appreciated.

I have been using HomeDepot since 2009 for several projects, pricey?? yes, but you get their warranty and support without asking questions. So far so good with Carrier, that's another aspect to consider: HomeDepot financing is ONLY for the best equipment on the market. Carrier is the best.. for now.
