On the downside the technicians were two hours late for a 7 AM start time ( I was up at 5 AM) even after confirming the day before. I know it's an attic space but there was trash and plastic water bottles left in the ceiling and the blown-in insulation was piled to one side, not restored evenly leaving gaps that I will have to fill in.

Stated the other$109 was a trip fee- wasn’t be calling you guys ever again when one price quoted and double that amount charged! Tech tried to push a check up on the system so he could justify the amount charged! I reported the problem, was quoted a price, and then charged 2 x the amount! Bad business all the way around- customer lost for you forever!

Haskins Heating and Cooling installed my first Carrier split systems in March 1996. Two systems, one for each floor of the house. I recently had Haskins replace both systems. I have had a Maintenance Contract with this company all these years, servicing the units twice a year, and they have always been outstanding in their work and service. Very professional, respectful of the premises, and knowledgeable about the equipment. I am very pleased with this company and highly recommend them and the Carrier split systems they have installed.
