I have worked with several companies in different states. Cooper Mechanical did the best job of replacing 2 AC units for me. The installers did what the sales person said they would do. This job was the most Un\-stressful install I have ever had done. Great job and they even cleaned up in the attic. I will be calling them for my next job. There Maintenance services has been great also.

These folks came out and helped me within a day of when my air conditioner went out during temperatures of high 80s. They replaced my entire unit a day later. The installers, the salesman, and the office staff were all very professional as they took care of me and my needs. They were prompt, friendly, and understanding, too. I highly recommend everyone I worked with at Cooper Mechanical Services. My neighbors recommended them to me and I will definitely recommend them to anyone else who needs this type of service. I intend to call them for my annual servicing requirements as well. It's important to me to work with people/a company I can depend on.

Cooper Mechanical Services is an exceptional company. Unfortunately for me my old heat pump stopped working on the coldest day of the season and Cooper Mechanical had my new heat pump installed the very next morning after I ordered the heat pump. The owner sent two crews to my house so it could be installed early enough for me to be able to go to work that afternoon. The crews were very professional and respectful, they showed up on time and was very efficient in the installation. I would like to thank each and every one for a job well done.

Superlative service! This company rose to the occasion of an urgent post\-Hurricane Florence purchase and request for installation. The crew worked tirelessly in hot and humid conditions to get this job done. They arrived around 8AM and didn't depart until the units were up and running at approximately 6:30PM that night.

AC went out and their service team came out immediately \& presented options for repair or replacement. Opted for replacement and the expert team installed the next day! Received quote from another company also to compare. Competing company was a little more costly but more importantly couldn't install for 5 days. Extremely happy we choose Cooper Mechanical!
