Integrity, timely, courteous, honest a GREAT experience

After installation of units, within first month the condenser failed. The circuit breaker kept popping. Had new circuit breaker installed, but the problem continued. Found out condenser was faulty, so Dunes replaced it and all works well now. This was all under warranty.

I've been using Dunes for years and they are always absolutely wonderful to work with. They are super knowledgeable, timely, friendly and do great work. Could not recommend them enough!

Prompt. They were at my house within a couple of hours of my first call. They were able to replace my two AC units NEXT DAY. The guys were thorough, explained what was going on, and cleaned up when they were finished. Very friendly too.

Nick, the owner, is very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. He is respectful of the inside of the home and keeps you informed as to progress of installation. It was an all day job to replace a heat pump/condenser and air handler.

Dunes Htg \& A/C, Owner Nick, was awesome.... he changed his schedule to help me with mine. Not only did he explain what was going on with my old A/C unit, we talked about what I'd like my new unit to do. He choose well and his crew and him installed it quickly. Not only were they quick but the whole thing looked amazing after. The house started to cool really quick and became comfortable again. Nick was very professional and called the day after to make sure everything was going good. It couldn't have been a better installation.
