Crew was professional. They explained how system works, cleaned after themselves.

The team that came was awesome. They were friendly, and professional and did a great job. They cleaned up everything and made sure they did not leave any trash. If I had to nitpick the only issue I had was that they did not have a filter for my new air handler and were unsure of the size needed. But other than that will HIGHLY recommend them to anyone I know.

Mike Tison (owner) showed up at my home 3 hours after I called him and diagnosed my AC problems. He researched the replacement parts and sent me an estimate shortly thereafter. Zach Williams and Larry Redding arrived on Thurs, Sept 18, 2023 and installed the new Carrier AC unit and verified its operation. Great service and great people!

As an ex\-Carrier employee I chose to go with this dealer and product. I had an extremely stressful installation experience and I would not recommend that any one else endures this. This dealer is not experienced or trained in installing the MURA38 or high end units. The initial installation was botched and we needed at least 3 visits to get the wiring, thermostat and programming fixed. We had a line\-fit leak in our existing line which was not identified by the installer until 3 weeks after the installation and the 7th service visit! The system is quite sophisticated and gives out warnings for low pressure malfunctions (pointing out to leaks) but the team was not trained to troubleshoot. All they did was refill the refrigerant. 3+ weeks of no\-cooling after installing a very expensive system was very frustrating. Around 10 service visits later and an additional $3,500 of labour and copper line costs, the system is limping back to life but still very glitchy. Worst part of that the dealer made it feel it was our ineptitude all along. I sincerely hope Carrier trains this dealer or appoints dealers that are well trained so that customers do not go through the trauma of a poor installation.

The techs were great.

Mike and his team are very professional. Our heat pump died in the coldest part of the season. Brittany was exceptional in resolving our problem quickly. Mike worked around my schedule to visit the same day I called. He came prepared and with options on a very short notice. His team of installers were courteous and worked hard under an extreme thunder and lightning storm to get the job completed. Any questions or concerns I had were answered promptly including a follow up visit. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I highly recommend Comfort Experts Heating and Cooling.

The installers conducted an excellent job installing my unit. They were very knowledgeable and professional. The weather was rainy and miserable! However, they didn't complain and completed the job with great customer service! The company should be proud of these two employees and make sure all services trucks includes a tent for rainy weather. Excellent service!

The installers went over everything to be done before getting tools out. They were considered and made sure to ask any questions about were I wanted unit installed inside and out. Having to replace our whole HVAC system was a donting and dreadful but we knew we had to do it after peice mealing the old one for 29 yrs. to keep it running.
