From the initial analysis of my non functional HVAC unit, to the options presented to consider, to the purchase and installation of my new Carrier unit everything went flawlessly. There was no sales pressure only a feeling of someone knowledgeable on my side that could help, the men who installed the unit were highly professional and competent leaving the site in pristine condition. Everything was done quickly and effeciently, in spite of national supply chain issues. The unit works like a charm and brought my electric bill down $300 dollars the first month!
