We got great service from the start with our Project Manager, Alan, who assessed our needs, recommended the appropriate new Carrier HVAC system, and saw the project through the installation process. The installers, James, David, and later Kevin, got the unit working perfectly and left everything spotless. And the new HVAC is so quiet and maintains an amazingly even, comfortable indoor temperature despite all the temperature swings outside. The house seems less humid now, too. We highly recommend this company's service as an authorized Carrier dealer.

I am extremely happy with the new Carrier unit I purchased from Berkeley Heating Company. I have been using Berkeley since 2015 and 3 years ago my unit died; the Berkeley technicians were able to get me up and running, and told me they were 100% confident my unit would get me through the rest of the summer, but they could not guarantee it would get me through the next summer and that since my unit was so old I would eventually have to replace it. The work they did lasted 3 years which allowed me to save enough to replace it this year. I will never call another company. I have never had a bad experience with Berkeley; they are honest, professional, respectful, but more importantly they are well educated in their industry.

Berkeley Heating and Air was fantastic to work with from start to finish. I received several quotes to replace my heat pump system and theirs was the best by a significant margin. They arranged delivery and installation very quickly once I made my decision and the installers did a great job! The project manager I worked with even filed all of the paperwork for my 10 year warranty and the Energy company rebate! I am extremely satisfied.
