The salesman, when asked about the energy star rating, which we did not see until the unit was installed, said that the government was redoing them and the unit should lower our electric bills. It absolutely has not. The thermostat has had to be readjusted several times, because no one got it correct in the first place. The manager said that he would run the energy stats for this unit and get back to us. He never did. The servicemen were all very nice, but each one did something different. We would not recommend Mill Creek to anyone, or the Carrier unit that we have.
