Our heater/air conditioner broke down as soon as the weather got hot (of course!). It was jury-rigged to fit in strange places in our house. The installation team not only managed to get to us early, but were able to somehow (after much tinkering) get the new one in place and working. In fact it works so well we can't even tell when it's on. Great work!
