Installation day went without any hiccups and the job was finished in a day, though just in case, they scheduled a two day install.

The salesperson who came to our house spent almost two hours explaining and discussing our options for a new HVAC system. Dave was extremely knowledgeable about the various systems because of his many years experience in this industry. Because of his contacts he was able to locate a heat pump for us within a short time. The men who came to install the system were professional, very knowledgeable, on time, and easily answered our questions. The office staff responds promptly to phone calls and emails. We highly recommend Pyramid.

Sales person was terrific and Install was on time and team was polite and professional. Some work required minor follow up and that was the biggest issue. Has been very difficult to schedule follow up work which would take less than an hour or so. Retail manager does not follow through without several reminders. Am hoping to wrap things up soon. Biggest issue is plaster repair on ceiling where damage occurred during install. Was told they would line out a contractor more than a week ago and still have not heard anything.

On the installation, they even cleaned up existing work that they did not have to touch, but make it look better in my garage. Pyramid spec'd the furnace to the right size, had the best price (among 3) for both hi\-efficiency and 80% furnaces. Install seemed intricate but completed on time, and is working well (and quiet) so far.

Had planned on using passive base of old furnace but build a new box at my request.

We wanted to relocate our 15 yr old AC unit and decided that we would replace it with a heat pump after talking with Pyramid. They're extremely knowledgeable and sold us on the value and efficiency of the heat pump. We were told that the units were in short supply and it would be several months before they were available, so it came as a surprise when they called to set up the install. Install went well and the unit seems to be working fine. We had concerns about the noise level and some questions about the overall operations. We called Pyramid 2\-3 times and did not get a call back. For a big expense like this one, we were hoping for a bit more support once it was installed.

i only put 3 for expertise and solving problems because I had no reason to observe these things. The servicemen were very nice, kept me informed of what was going on, and they finished in a timely manner.

On a new house build Pyramid was my worst contractor. The sales person was arrogant and often unavailable. The service folks often did not show when scheduled. Sometimes material would show and the technicians wouldn't. When the technicians did show up they were missing parts and couldn't do the work. They were unfamiliar with the product they sold and had multiple teams show up to try to get the Carrier system to work. Several times they required me to have my electrician on hand and then they failed to show or were hours late. I would not recommend Pyramid for any heating or cooling work.

The estimator and lead installer were knowledgeable, thorough, careful to explain everything, as well as personable.

Called to do maintenance on my 23 year old furnace and was shown where it was pitted, worn out, inefficient and potentially a hazard. Met with a sales guy the next day who looked over the house/current equipment and made a recommendation of 3 different options and price points. I had an HVAC buddy look over it and he thought it sounded reasonable so we moved forward on the purchase as well as a new AC unit (current one was 20+ years old, didn't work well and was way too small for the house). Also elected to get vents cleaned/sealed \- which is scheduled to happen soon \- hoping that was worth it. I was happy with their service and with the install team.

The HVAC Technicians that did the replacement and install were awesome and far exceeded my expectations. They were respectful, experienced, and enjoyed their work. I couldn't be happier with everyone involved from Pyramid Heating and Cooling that was involved in this project.

Very happy with the installation. It was late season, and I was glad that I was able to get on the schedule, and that the product was available. My furnace is a Carrier, and so is the new AC unit. I picked a different company for this AC installation based on some options that would also make my furnace perform better. I wlll know better about the AC operation next summer during the hot weather.

Office scheduled installation on a holiday but didn't arrive until next day. The electrical sub contractor arrived on the holiday and was able to do his work. Installation team installed the wrong thermostat, one which was not compatible with the heat pump they installed. They also installed a two lead rather than three lead thermostat wire, which had to be replaced. Two different people told me two different ways to program the thermostat, neither of which, of course, worked. After I called them and pointed out that the thermostat wasn't compatible, they returned and installed the correct thermostat, which was listed on the original work order.

Install was trouble free and professional \- response from customer service was sub par.

Pyramid did a super job from the estimating how much it would cost and comparing options to having a really competent and polite crew to install and awesome follow up with the admin team on answering questions; billing accurately and scheduling the permit with the City. We really appreciated that!

I have had nothing but problems with my heat pump. The service people have done everything but replace the heat pump (probably should have), they have almost replaced everything, but still not working! Hopefully, the next repair will be the last!!

I was getting quotes from three companies for a new gas furnace and air conditioner. Out of them all the salesman at Pyramid was the only to suggest a Heat pump instead. I was thrilled after he explained them to me, knowing I could reduce my carbon footprint with it. On the day of the service, the crew was top notch. Exactly on time. Very respectful of my house. Took of their shoes (with out being asked) when coming in the house. Wore masks the entire time. And did a first rate job with the installation. All the lines, conduit etc. was very professionally done. Good looking installation. Great job. I will recommend them.

The technician who installed the furnace did not do a good job. There was no heat on day 1 after installation. On complaint he came next day and fixed it. After he left, I noticed that a lot of heat was coming out from the bottom of the furnace. The company had to send their lead technician to seal it. They could not find an electric item which is required. Still waiting for it!

I am so completely frustrated with Pyramid heating and cooling. I was unfortunately impressed by the sales guy that visited my house because he wasn't pushy and was very on point. After getting a few quotes I decided to go with Pyramid for an oil to gas conversion with a new furnace, AC, and air filter. What a mistake.... Throughout the whole process, I had to keep calling them to check on when things were going to be scheduled. When they did finally come out to put in my new equipment it took way longer than it was supposed to. Also they tried to put the gas line exposed in my finished basement and in the process put holes in my duct work. After I complained the service manager got angry and defensive with me on the phone and they tried to tell me it was a legitimate way to do things. The sales guy even said I agreed to have an exposed gas line, which I didn't. After the service guy came back the next day, he did redo the line and put it above the drop ceiling. Now why they couldn't do that in the first place, I can only guess was laziness and trying to do what was easy despite it looking horrible. I am not sure if it was because I am a female homeowner that they thought I wouldn't complain and wouldn't look up their lies when they tried to quote inaccurate regulations as to why they couldn't put it above the drop ceiling where it wouldn't be an exposed gas line in my finished basement. After finally getting the system in and working, it took a full extra day. They still had finishing work to do. I was told they would be back on Monday to finish the details, go over the equipment, etc. No one showed up on Monday and I wasn't called. I finally called myself and they scheduled me in for the next day. The service guy was very nice but I had to remind him to fill the holes in my duct work that he made and to do some other finishing touches which he forgot. I also was supposed to get my ducts cleaned but haven't been able to and have called three times now to find out if they are going to schedule it or just not charge me. I have not received a call back. At this point, I am beyond done with this company. I would never recommend them and would instead warn people to stay away. I do have understanding that this is a difficult time with COVID but to continue to drop the ball over and over, to have sloppy work, etc is inexcusable. I am happy with the equipment itself and I will say that the service guy tried to be helpful. Overall though, I do not recommend them and save yourself the hassle and find another company.

The installers were friendly, followed social distancing and masking regulations, and completed the work within the scheduled timeline. They took the time to answer my many questions. They also had a challenging task in how to connect the air conditioning unit to the system (and main load bearing beam was in the way), but managed it with minimal holes in the ceiling.

Excellent customer service! Dan was the salesperson and was excellent. We are in the middle of a pandemic and he wore booties, a mask and distanced himself (which was appreciated) Was very thorough when deciding where to place the mini\-splits and explaining to us the reason he would put them there. There was an issue with the Puron leaking right after installation. Pyramid worked hard to find the leak and worked even harder to repair it. The system itself is very quiet and provides nice consistent heat. Highly recommend!!

The crew removed our old Carrier furnace and A/C unit and installed the new ones without any issues. They were very professional to work with and re\-worked the install of A/C unit on the second day of the job without a complaint. Pyramid Heating was able to get me on their schedule just two days after my Heat Pump and Exchanger failed. The system was very old and I had Pyramid provide a bid months earlier. They followed up with me every month, not aggressivley, to see if I had any queastions or concerns. When the unit finally failed they were top of my list to call and they were willing to negotiate a bit on price and gave me an install date that fit the emergency I was facing with cold weather and no heat. They were great at problem solving too, going so far as to call in a local crane company to lift the pump into a side space that was too narrow to truck it to. Overall a truly good service experience.

Sales Advisor Greg was helpful in analyzing our situation and recommending several great options. Installation expert Levi was awesome and does excellent metal fabrication work, amazing craftsmanship, and his helper (Sean/Shawn?) was also very good.

Levi and Sean did a wonderful job with the installation, and it was a challenging install. Love our new furnace! We have had Pyramid out to maintenance furnaces, a/c, duct cleaning, and gas fireplace for many years. Top notch company that I would highly recommend.

This dealer did not answer my emails properly, gave me false information (some of it after the install papers were signed), and told me I was on the schedule when I wasn?t. I had to follow up every email sent with another email or two to get a response, adding days to the process. They were ?nice? people, just extremely unprofessional and a total hassle to work with. At one point, I asked that my issues be elevated to the owner/manager, and my sales rep did not do that and I was never contacted by the owner.

The Estimation and Installation processes were very Professional with pleasant people to deal with.

The installers from Pyramid Heating did a wonderful job, and gave 110%. I would recommend them again.

5 different appointments to get my ac installed

Excellent service. Really great that they have an additional ?layer? of customer service with their ?comfort care consultant.? Also, she and the team were able to successfully troubleshoot an installation challenge that allowed us to install a high efficiency unit. The team worked well past close of business to make sure we had heat. They were skilled and friendly.

Was promised same size replacement, not sure this is what happened. New furnace is louder, blows air at a greater velocity for shorter periods of time. I live in a small house, furnace is in the center of the house, new furnace wakes me up at night and do not appreciate the greater air velocity for shorter periods of time and the duct work under the house now makes a popping noise as the air pressure relaxes which was not present before.

Their estimator Dave is extremely knowledgable and helpful and the installation was done super fast.

My furnace finally bit the dust (after 35 years), so I decided to do a comple replacement. After listening to my options, I decided to replace the furnace, and install a heat pump. They quickly installed everything and everything is running great!

Arriving home to no heat, the service person diagnosed a part that needed to be replaced. When the part arrived the service person found the source of the problem \- cracks. The sales person came that day, explained the options available, reviewed what my home needed, and later answered my followup questions. New furnace installed and warm house!

After the installation the installer handed me papers for me to register my equipment. He didn't enter any information,Model , Serial numbers. Then when I asked questions about how to operate the unit cycles he replied "I just did that three times ". I asked him to show me how to make adjustments on the thermostat and he seemed put out and in a hurry to leave. He did give me an introduction. The sales and office staff were excellent, the installer was poor on customer relations.

I am not usually an all 5 star rating sort of person but I am being honest when I say our experience with Pyramid was exceptional. I knew I wanted Carrier products from the start based on their reputation. Finding the right installer took a little more research but we are very happy we found Pyramid. Everyone from the representative, Victor, to the office staff and installers, were very knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient. The job was done on time, as promised and the follow up and financing was smooth and timely. It was hard to decide who to use for the products I wanted but very pleased I contacted Pyramid.

I would have rated the install service higher, but the county mechanical inspector said that install was incomplete. I didn't receive the install info on the heat pump, the exterior envelope was not sealed properly, and a secondary drain or water level detection device was not installed. I have not received follow\-up call from Pyramid to schedule remediation.

We had our heat pump and furnace replaced. The new heat pump is very quiet and heats efficiently.

Arrived on schedule, and finished on time. Even scheduled an electrician to run the wiring to the outside a/c condenser.

Installed a high efficiency gas furnace and A/C. They had the new furnace up and running the first day and finished the furnace and A/C the next day.

I was referred to Pyramid from a list from NW Natural Gas. So glad that I ended up selecting Pyramid. Everyone, and I mean everyone, is extremely friendly and professional, from the office staff, Skylar, David (estimator), and Aaron, who installed the furnace. David showed me all the rebates and tax advantages that I qualified for. Pyramid gives you the discounts right off the top so you don't have to pay more initially. Aaron, was great. You never know what you are going to get when you start calling from a list, but I feel extremely confident that I received top quality work.

I purchased a high efficiency self modulating heating system. The furnace and fan are extremely quiet. Our home is so much more comfortable than with the previous furnace.

The install went fine. They said it would take two days and they did it in two days. The crew was very nice and considerate. We also had the ducts cleaned and they had to come back and clean them a second time. There machine does not have much section. It left loose stuff in the ducts that blew out all over everything and the carpets that we just had cleaned after the install. Also put a lot loose stuff in the new air filter. After the second cleaning it still was putting stuff in the second new air filter. I was told they would get me another filter. Haven't seen it. We also had a new thermostat installed. They should have some training on the use of it instead of you stumbling thru it. The manual does not have the answers to some of my questions. Thomas the tech that did the testing was able to help set it up so I can control it from my phone. I would like to know more about the settings and my heat strips.

Install was timely and everything went as described by the sales rep. The two men that came to install were efficient and seemed knowledge about the equipment and install timeframe. They did leave some scratches and dings on the hardwood floor outside the closet were our crawl space access is though, right near the entryway. That was a bummer. Otherwise all went smoothly and the equipment seems to be working as expected.
