Air Pro just replaced our Carrier furnace with a new, more efficient one. Excellent and Quick one\-day installation and cleanup, with wonderful and warm results. They also installed the first one, 27 years ago. Would stronly recommend them for any of your heating or air conditioning needs!

Very knowledgeable, meticulous, and a problem solver. He mended a screen for crawl space ventilation in such a way that it fit perfectly around the pipe that connected to the outside air conditioner. No squirrel or rat can possibly get into the crawl space.

Replaced old furnace within one day and removed and cleaned area. Job done right.

Tech did not wear mask while in my home and was irritated when I asked him to. His office had to push work out as they had COVID\-19 and employees out sick so I was shocked I even had to ask. The tech also decided not to replace part of duct work and didn't say anything until I said I was crawling under house to check the work. He never have a reason why. I was able to work out an adjustment with supervisor. The furnace is working extremely well so I am happy. He rest of staff has always been excellent.

The 2 installers were at my house for about 5 hours, seemingly working non\-stop. One stage after another, quietly and determinedly, but if I had any concerns or questions, they gave me their full attention. It seemed like they truly cared about doing a good job.

We were very thankful for the speed at which you delivered, when we were about to experience a severe cold weather event and had no source of heat in the house. Your representative Clark demonstrated the appropriate amount of care and concern for our situation, which we appreciated, coming up with a solution that worked well, while finding a solution that fit our budget.

Did a few diagnostics. Saiid we needed a new furnace. When Mark installed found old furnace had big cracks . We are very thankful it was ordered and install in a few days .

Our 22 year old Carrier heat pump was failing with a bad R22 leak. AirPo installed our equipment 22 years ago and did a great job back then. Nothing has changed. Clark did an excellent job of listening to our needs, putting together our quote, scheduling the work, and he called us as soon as the job was complete to make sure we were happy. The technicians that did the work were very nice, and they completed the work in a clean, efficient manner. What we thought would take more than a day to complete was done in about six hours. We chose Carrier equipment again because, with the proper maintenance, the equipment lasted far beyond the typical life expectancy.

A/C install

AirPro Heating \& Airconditioning helped me figure out the optimum location for the equipment, showed up right on schedule and did a great job on the installation, cleaning up after themselves and following up with the warranty info.

REPLACEMENT OF EXISTING EQUIPMENT

Our house was built in 1910, and it's full of knotty story problems for anyone trying to install a workable system! Clark (who did the estimates and lead work) took the time to figure out the best \- rather than the easiest \- place to locate the unit and tie it into the existing heating system. Leroy, who did the installation, put in a full day and did an outstanding job working with the quirks of the basement and the demands of the job. We are beyond happy with the work they did \- and with the timing: hundred degree days immediately after the install. We are deliciously cool and deliriously happy \- Carrier reviews are spot on, and we will recommend Air Pro to everyone we know.
