Columbia Heating \& cooling was very fair, helpful, and knowledgeable from beginning of process to the end. Very pleased and appreciative!

These folks did a great job replacing my furnace and AC system. They were professional from the first meeting with the project manager to install team.

My former Carrier furnace decided to give up the ghost\-\-or at least the heat exchanger and the initial replacement unit also malfunctioned. So I had no furnace and three days before scheduled surgery. Columbia got right on it, and in 24 hours they were installing a new system for me. Everyone involved was first\-rate!

Poor follow through on required site plan for building permit this still has not been resolve after over a month. Failed to provide an owner's manual after several requests. I eventually found the manual at the Carrier website.

Enjoyed working with everyone from Columbia.

Excellent from first call to inquire about adding AC to the installers. They did a great job and I felt very confident that all knew what they were doing. They were efficient, personable and left my garage \& yard all cleaned up. The electricians were also efficient and did a great job.

The team of 4 came in and focus on the installation of 2 furnaces and 2 heat pumps. They help each other and finished the installation without any delays.

This was a replacement of two HVAC systems in the house with the highest\-end Carrier systems. The details were sloppy. E.g., the unit in the garage is not square to the walls and impedes slightly with a door. The two units outside are a bit misaligned with the house. In the attic, the floor insulation was not replaced adequately. The installation crew were friendly.

An easy experience all around. All of our issues were handled promptly; the people we worked with were great. BTW: The reason we chose them is that we have used them for our HVAC work for years and have always been pleased.

I purchased a heat pump system through Columbia. I have no idea what they did wrong, but apparently neither did they. It took many months to get the heat working properly, and their salesman consistently ignored my calls/outreach to fix issues. Their service providers and the Carrier master repairman were all friendly and persistent so the two stars are for them. I'm sure this would be a fine company to get some work done on routine maintenance but I would not recommend them for the purchase/installation of a heat pump.

The team brought the new furnace and air conditioning units with electricians to up grade the electrical panel all in one day. They talked to us about therostats and other details. We had air conditioning by the end of the day. Feels great.

Initial AC installer could not figure out problem with new AC unit. Had to have an experienced AC person come out to determine problem with new unit.
