Supervisor had team redo entire furnace installation after a full day of work. I could hear him yelling at installers in the garage, but he acted like nothing was wrong when I asked what was going on. Even then they left the unit unsafe; razor sharp metal bands all around the edge of the unit between a doorway and a tight entrance to the garage. Had to have them come back again to redo that part. No apologies at any point in three days of service people in and out of the house.

After 37 years we finally decided to install central air. Our 2 day install became a 6 day install, but our particular situation was complicated. Another company declined to even offer a bid due to the complexity. Sun Glow came and worked tirelessly until the job was done. Sun Glow even absorbed the cost of a new furnace as Carrier and Trane do not communicate to each other. Thank you to the crew at Sun Glow.
