From the sales to the install to the communication, the team was excellent. Joel was so flexible and communicative with the sale and John and Rich (and the electricians) were so effecient with the install. They were flexible and listened and even taught me how to use the new thermostat.

We had a furnace installed by Josh and John. They were very profes Josh and John did and great job installing our furnace and new thermostat. They were quick, efficient and very informative. They showed us and explained how everything worked. Every single person involved in the job were professional, informative, and a pleasure to work with. Shout out to Josh and Ryan, who were here the most. They were efficient and made me feel confident that the job was well done. The county inspector was very impressed, he even took a couple of pics of extra steps that were taken that many other companies don't do, apparently.

I just bought a house in the summer and the old furnace had issues. The guys at Milwaukie Heating replaced a bad part which worked for a few months, but then the furnace became unreliable. They got my new furnace in and had to do some transitions to fit in with the old system. The transitions look great. The team was quick and efficient. I'm very happy with their work. And my house is warm!

The team was excellent and acted professional with the installation of new central air furnace and A/C systems. The work is clean and everything functions as it is supposed to. When looking around for an installation company, their salesperson did some research to make sure that I got what was ideal for my residence and at a good price! Another thing: This company uses union technicians, which I trust much more, as they tend to be better trained.

We wanted to get a HE furnace and air conditioning unit in this winter because we have been without heat for a few months. Steve was so wonderful and scheduled us as soon as possible. Their team was very helpful finding us the best deal for our money.

A couple days ago, contractor Richard, with his partner, installed my new furnace from Carrier, for Milwaukie Heating \& Cooling. Rich \& his partner were the most knowledgeable \& polite professionals I have ever known. Rich took his time to explain things to me @ each phase, \& he was a great representative for Carrier's product! Both of them were also very considerate of my home, being conscientious about cleanliness when inside. I give this team my highest rating for their knowledge \& integrity for the entire job!

Richard and Josh went straight to work. Their workmanship was of the highest order. They addressed issues in a professional manner, with an older home there always seems to be issues. They got everything completed on time and left the area clean. We really enjoyed having Richard and Josh doing the work.
