We received our replacement furnace quickly and the technician did a great job with the installation and was very good about informing us of his progress and showed us modifications he made for the new unit to fit and function well. Ryan Dalton was very personable and his singing while he worked was fun!

Excellent customer service from the office staff and service tech's. Clenet Corderman was very informative going over the different types of furnace choices to replace my furnace and setting up my contract. Service Manager Rob French patiently answered my questions and thoroughly explained what was wrong with my current furnace. I very much appreciated his sending me a link of the tech video that was done on my inspection revealing the issues with my furnace. Jim, the tech who installed my new furnace was great. He explained the how to operate my new furnace, thermostat and answered all my questions. I feel that everyone I came in contact at P \& L Johnson with really cared that I was a happy and satisfied customer. My new Carrier is working well and so much quieter than my old furnace!

Wonderful experience from beginning to end. They removed our old furnace and cleaned our ducts then installed a new heating and air\-conditioning system. Couldn't have gone any smoother.
