We are so pleased with our new Carrier heat \& Air unit, humidifier and air purifier . The entire Gentry crew led by Clint, Andy, and JC plus others who helped pull the old unit and brought in and creatively installed the new unit in a 105\-year old basement! We are school teachers and are pretty tough judges. But, this was the hardest working, yet all around nice people to have work in our home! Our new unit is so nice, we cannot even hear it running!

Purchase and installation of high efficiency HVAC.

After our outside unit blew up, I called Air Comfort Solutions for warranty information about the 8 year old unit. They were rude and gave me zero help. Frustrated, I asked friends who they would recommend and heard from a few that Gentry was honest and did great work. I called them and Clint came to check on the unit. He called Carrier about the warranty information since Air Comfort Solutions wouldn't, and we found out that ACS never even registered the unit, so it wouldn't be warrantied. Clint gave me a great deal on a brand new unit and thermostat and completed the job the same day I called. From now on, Gentry is the only HVAC company I will use.
