Air Conditioner Installation

I had a new furnace installed. The 2 technicians were neat, clean and polite. Everything was explained to me about the new equipment.

Hank and Dan did a great job installing our new heater and air conditioning. I would highly recommend them to anybody. They were very professional and polite.

We used Thompson Heating and Cooling Inc for years. When we needed our furnace and air conditioning replaced, we knew that they were the choice. They worked with us to make sure we got the units we needed to keep our house comfortable. They installed the units quickly, professionally, and left the area completely clean. The units have been working great for over a year.

From Amy in the office to Tim and Nick who did the install, our experience with Thompsons was great. They are very courteous and friendly. Tim was incredible. He explained everything he was doing and if we had a question he took his time to answer it for us. We have had a great experience and I will definitely recommend Thompson's to everyone I know. Installation was done on time and the work was done in a professional manner. They did a great job of rerouting some of the pipes. They also made sure we knew how to operate the new thermostat before leaving. Highly recommended.

Furnace blower went out Saturday I called Thompson the lady said she would have someone there early Sunday morning which they were. Met with Tim and explained what was happening, he performed tests and agreed with me that the blower motor was bad. After giving my options with a 38 year furnace I knew myself something would be next to go. So I chose to go with a new furnace, since Thompson had just installed a new Carrier Central Air back in the summer..Donny came over gave me a timeline it would take. He was spot on few hours later I had a new furnace and heat. Very impressed with Thompson and their great staff. They care a lot about the customer. That is another thing that sold me. Both Techs Tim and Don are class acts. Very sociable and fun to talk with. I found a company that I will use for life on any of my heating or cooling problems.. Thompson Heating is number one in my book.

Thompson Heating and Cooling was very attentive in our time of need when our furnace failed during one of the coldest days. We called the emergency hotline and within the hour we had Tim Whitlow at our house who assessed the issue and we came to the realization that I needed a new furnace. He provided multiple heaters for our family to keep us warm until he could have guys out to us in the morning to install the new furnace. The recognition of me being a veteran was appreciated and I was given a military discount to help out which in turn I made the decision to upgrade my air conditioning unit as well. The installers both Hank and Dan were very prompt and on time and arrived at my house first thing in the morning ready to go. They placed drop cloths in their walking areas to the furnace to keep my carpets clean and dry. They were professional, kind, and worked in harmony to complete the install successfully. I would highly recommend this company and the installers to anyone needing assistance with their furnace or a replacement and if you are in an emergency situation they were readily available to help. I was impressed to hear from the office the next day after completion to let me know they are going to register my unit.Thank you Thompson Heating and Cooling for exceeding my expectations and being there for myself and family.

We got estimates from several dealers for replacing our old heat pump. Tom was quite knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Thompson's estimate was the best we received. The installers worked well together and very efficiently. Our HVAC system is much quieter now. Hoping to see electric savings as well. We would highly recommend this company.

They were the only heating company to come out when we heating issues. They then proceeded to install a new system in the next few days. The installers were on time and super friendly. Would recommend to all my friends and family.

These guys were awesome. Their sales rep came prepared and was clearly an expert unlike some from other companies that came out for a quote before him. I found my furnace was inoperable on a Thursday morning, got a quote Thursday afternoon, and had a full install by Friday evening.

Very nice person installed the heater and didn't need any help, very knowledgeable, was able to show me how it works and anything I might need to do to it like changing the filter and yearly service and how the system works, answered all my questions without making me feel dumb installation is top quality very good looking and not half fast love your company love the install quality and quick install all good to go very polite and knowledgeable about everything very very happy!!!!
