I initially wanted a 3 ton unit due to an addition doubling the size of my house. Was told that was too big and should go with a 2 1/2 ton. Days that are above 80 degrees the unit will run from morning until night without cycling on and off, it seams to me it should cycle on and off every 4 to 5 hours and not run nonstop for 11 to 12 hours just because it?s 80 plus degrees outside. We set the thermostat at 72 or 73 degrees and this is when overnight temps are low 60?s and sometimes 50?s. My house is very well insulated and I have newer triple pane windows.

Salesman was knowledgeable but not pushy. Very helpful when I requested a diagram for approval by my condo association. Went above and beyond by making a model of what venting to the outside would look like as the association requested a diagram. Installers were very nice, courteous, competent, and gave me instructions following the installation. And the company supervisor came to check on the work once it was completed.

Crown is our HVAC servicer for over thirty years. Installed the current equipment in 2004.

Bill was extremely helpful. He offered the best solution to working with our existing zoning system. He also suggested pairing the 4\-ton coil with our 3\-ton AC unit, due to the layout of our home. My concerns and questions were never a bother. He even got in touch with me at times that were convenient for me. The installers did a wonderful job. My father installed Carrier products for 40 years. He was impressed with the job they did. In the 4 years we've lived in our house, I haven't been this comfortable.
