Furnace Repair & Service

My 10 year\-old "generic" furnace installed by my house builder developed numerous problems last winter. I had Schar out three times to fix the problems \- which they did. I was advised \- not pressured \- that a new furnace may be eventually needed. I did not want more worries and part expenses from my old furnace this coming winter so I had Schar install a new Carrier furnace in early October. The two installers came early in the morning and about five hours later were finished. They were courteous, very careful in taking away the old machine, were happy to explain and answer my questions \- and they cleaned the basement near the new furnace so no dust or odds\-and\-ends parts would be found. I rate this as top notch service! The new furnace is quiet and I love the two\-speed heating cycle. Eventually my air conditioner will develop problems and I know which company to call for a replacement. Thank you Schar for your help and professional service!

Great from top to bottom. Nice unit. Salesman gave me plenty of choices as I requested. Install team great, follow up on the install good too. I started with a service call on my old unit. The repair specialist was trustworthy and able to guide me to consider a new unit without me feeling pressured. The salesman continued the service\-center approach, as did the install team. They worked me in as quickly as possible since I put the decision off until the weather changed. I am pleased with the furnace and highly recommend Schar!

I had a pleasant experience with Schar Heating and Cooling. Not really knowing anything about furnaces or what I was looking for, they were very helpful in helping me figure out what I need. There was no pressure to upsale me with I greatly appreciated, but they were very helpful in quoting out several different types of furnaces and additions. The install went well and had no issues with the service techs completing the installation and they left the work area clean after each day.

We had a great experience from getting the estimate to the final installation. Quick process from start to finish! Very happy with the professionalism and courteousness of the installers. Worked over the course of 3 days but let the area neat and clean each time they left. I will highly recommend Schar to others.
