Excellent job we love the new furnace, air condition, air purification system and tankless hot water heater.

Good Team Overall. Took 3 trips to resolve design shortfalls along with Material shortages. Carrier Design Issues \- Circuit Breakers design for E Furnace did not have an output contact for Carrier Power HEPA Filter did not have output relay available for the INFINITY SYSTEM. This is required an additional Pressure sensor to external close contact and enable HEPA filter Power when fan is running. Location of the Pressure sensor was not well specified by Carrier and had to be moved several times to obtain a stable reading. Technician was dispatched without all components and the installation was delayed as result of waiting for parts
