Troy and his team were honest, very knowledgeable, and professional. They replaced all of our duct work and installed a furnace and air conditioner. They made sure we understood everything about maintenance, operation, etc. The extra touches were also nice, like delivering a furnace filter if needed. My experience was excellent! The installation was as promised with good quality equipment. The installer was professional in every way! I was impressed that he cleaned up the entire mess, leaving the basement as he found it!

We would recommend this dealer to everyone out there. The owner is very involved in all aspects involved. He came and explained our options for a new furnace and air conditioning unit and was not pushy about any extras. He left it up to us, the customer. On the day of installation, he dropped off the trailer, introduced me to the team that would be doing out installation. The team was very professional and explained what they were doing, what they needed to do when they were leaving, and when they would return. We were more than impressed with everything about this company.

I love the finished product. We paid more for Carrier but also have a 10yr labor and 10yr product warranty with this system. I was not happy with them leaving their trailer in my driveway for 5 days. Said it would be 2 days of installation but took Thurs., Friday, left sit on Sat and Sun. Then finished install on Monday. First night they left all our old equipment that was taken out sprawled over the front lawn next to their trailer that was sitting in our driveway. Not happy about that. Supposed to be finished on Friday and said they would need to come back on Monday. Made sure to ask them to pic up everything so I did not have parts laying in yard all weekend. The 2 gentleman installing the unit were very nice and explained the basics before they left. Waiting to hear from the salesman for the final inspection walk thru and detailed explanation of operating the system. It is now Thurs.

Install natural gas furnace and duct work

Troy was very knowledgeable about what system would work for me. The workers were courteous. They new what they were doing and did a wonderful job of clean up. With the system running makes the house very comfortable . real happy with the system.

Right before the biggest heatwave of the summer, our furnace blower motor broke and needed to be replaced. However, due to the age of the furnace it wasn't worth fixing the motor we needed to replace the units. We called around and got some estimates. However, Troy showed so much professionalism, respect for our situation and information at just the first meeting with him. We were blown away and the choice was obvious. He gave us some priority due to our situation and within the first day of installation the air conditioner was running and the temperature in the house was no longer 80+ degrees. The crewmen were professional, knowledgeable and cared about housing code regulations when putting the finishing touches on the furnace. Thank you Troy and team.
