Furnace checkup indicated my furnace was in bad enough shape to be considered hazardous. Sal’s HVAC explained the problem in terms I could understand; highlighted the dangers associated with not replacing it while offering several options on how to do it. We agreed on a plan of action and Sal’s HVAC arrived on the appointed date and time to install the furnace. Sal’s professionals confirm appointments by text. They call when they’re on the way. You get a text photo of the technician who will do the work too. They are prompt, personable and explain everything they do. They clean up after they leave and give recommendations on how to maintain anything they work on. I am a satisfied customer and have complete confidence in Sal’s HVAC.
