I also spoke with two different Lori's, and they were both helpful and great as well. My salesman, Bill Miller, was prompt, professional and answered all my questions. Buying a new furnace should be a well thought out decision determined with at least 3 or more quotes. When my furnace died last week amidst all the COVID\-19 craziness I wanted to make the best decision for my house and family's future. So even though we were COLD, I took 2 days and got 3 quotes. Wm Price was my first. 2 others followed. They were ALL GOOD, all similar pricing, all BBB A+ reviews; basically we are blessed in Youngstown to have good people doing business. And all recommended by someone I know and respect their opinion. The game changer was the HIGHLY DETAILED and easy to understand quote.
