I also spoke with two different Lori's, and they were both helpful and great as well. My salesman, Bill Miller, was prompt, professional and answered all my questions. He sold me on your company for a multitude of reasons, from the history to supply chain to service. Rudy and another young man did the installation, and they were prompt and efficient. Buying a new furnace should be a well thought out decision determined with at least 3 or more quotes. When my furnace died last week amidst all the COVID\-19 craziness I wanted to make the best decision for my house and family's future. So even though we were COLD, I took 2 days and got 3 quotes. Wm Price was my first. 2 others followed. They were ALL GOOD, all similar pricing, all BBB A+ reviews; basically we are blessed in Youngstown to have good people doing business. And all recommended by someone I know and respect their opinion. The game changer was the HIGHLY DETAILED and easy to understand quote.
