When my current furnace was putting out carbon monoxide Luxury heating was recommended to me and they really came thru. Everything went smoothly with the installation. The price was more reasonable than other quotes we had. The only issue I have is with the thermostat. Being a senior citizen new technology is not easy. A set of paper directions would be helpful. The technician explained the set up to me but It takes me more time to understand. As it it they left with the thermostat set to the wrong time. I will be calling for assistance.

Luxury has always taken good care of us and our furnace needs. They were professional, courteous, and timely for all of our previous repairs as well as our new furnace installation. They gave us great peace of mind.

The fine gentlemen not only installed the new heater, but they put in a better air intake pipe that will make it harder for leaves and debris to enter the system. Very nice work.

The dealer's team of sales person and installers all did what they said they were going to do in both a professional and courteous manner. I have no complaints as to the work that they did and their excellent clean\-up of the job site at the end of the install activity. I would recommend Luxury Heating without hesitation.

Randy answered all my questions about replacing the furnace and air conditioner. The price was fair. Installation occurred on the agreed upon day. Workers put cloths down to protect floors and cleared out everything when they were done.

Luxury completed the disassembling and removal of our old equipment and installed the new system in a timely and professional manner.

I needed a furnace immediately due to a cracked heat exchanger. Not only did the installation occur the following day, Luxury Heating provided me with electric heaters in the interim.

Service was timely \& crew was excellent. A group of 3 guys (Eric, Shaun, Olek{?}) to install new heat pump \& air handler on hottest day of the year. They were friendly, efficient, and considerate. Luxury was the original installer of our heating system 41 years ago when we built this house. We have used them over the years for service calls, installation of a second heat pump (a 1994 Trane unit that had lasted 25 yrs!) and now for replacing the Trane and the original heat exchanger unit (41 yrs!). We chose Carrier this go\-round as it is currently best recommendation from Luxury and a few other sources. Going on 1 week \& very happy with quietness of all units! We can sit on our deck with out getting blown away by noise! Cooling seems to be much more efficient in reaching the upstairs of our split level home. We have always felt Luxury has been truthful and never pushed any service or product on us.

They, Luxury heating and cooling, replaced one of our furnaces and AC unit a few years ago with a 3 zone unit. It has been wonderful and saves on gas and electricty. When we needed to replace the other AC unit I called a shop a friend suggested, their quote was 30% higher, so of course we went with Luxury again. They were at our home at the time they said they would be, did the install, clean up and test in 3 1/2 hours. If your in the Cleveland Ohio area you owe it to yourself to talk with them about your heating and or cooling needs.
