We couldn't have chosen a better air conditioner to replace existing one than Carrier, nor a better company to install it. Bill Reynolds Htg \& AC has efficient and capable technicians. We have nothing but good things to say about our installers.

From the time I went w/ Bill Reynolds the next day they were out replacing my furnace. They were very knowledgeable and followed up afterwards. Overall I am satisfied w/ the service and the time it took to install.

Install was exceptional.

The Bill Reynolds installation team was friendly but unprofessional, disorganized, and slow. The installers borrowed my ladder on multiple visits instead of having their own equipment. They threw their cigarette butts in my driveway and left them there. They also parked in my neighbor's driveway for multiple hours when I had no authority to allow them on that property. They never had what they needed and left to get supplies nearly every visit. Lastly, they only worked one or two days a week over many weeks so the installation took forever even discounting the weeks in the middle that they were legitimately waiting on parts. I would buy a Carrier system again, but I would not have Bill Reynolds install it.

Installer, Alex, arrived within a reasonable time frame and started right away. He resolved any issues quickly and effectively while installing the new A/C unit. He tested everything satisfactorily and informed us of the procedure for setting the new programmable thermostat. He was pleasant and personable.
