Investment did not match the outcome. They sold me items I didn't need, nor did these items work within our available space and they had to come out to correct the improper execution and incomplete installation multiple times (at least 4 more times). Things were installed with little care for the product and the homeowner who paid them to have it installed. The installer is slated to come out when the weather warms up to finish the instillation of our AC unit as I was informed it was too cold at the time of instillation.

The company was very good at trying to get the old furnace fixed, but parts were difficult to get within a reasonable time. Both techs who came at first tried to get it going, but the sales person gave us better options to replace the Westinghouse with Carrier. The installers worked without stopping to do a one\-day job and were thorough with the work and the questions we had upon completion. The system and thermostat are much easier to understand and use. VERY SATISFIED!!!

the workmanship is excellent. Branden, Carlos and Harlen did an excellent job. they worked nonstop all day to complete the project. they worked late, they replaced my furnace, AC Coil, AC condenser, i also added a humidifier, Reme air purifier. after a long day Brandon took his time to go over all the equipment with my wife and I and reviewed the operation of the new thermostat that was installed. i l recommend fire \& Ice. the only mishap was oil dripped on my new patio pavers from their vacuum pump compressor they used for the new AC condenser. they said they would take care of the issue and I believe they will.
