Interviewed Quality Air \& Heating based on online ratings — but chose them based on the professionalism of their sales representative. On the install date, the techs walked me through everything they were doing which made me very comfortable. They were prompt, courteous and left no mess. I have not needed 'service' yet, but imagine it will be just as professional. Highly recommend Quality Air!

Provided good information on the systems, did some calculations on the size requirements as opposed to most contractors who just replace the unit with the same size. Were knowledge and provided good options for duct replacement as opposed to just using flex duct for everything.

Everyone went out of their way to be so helpful, and get my new carrier furnace installed at a time that fit my schedule.

They've done my routine maintenance on my heating and cooling for the last 8 years. Recently I had them replace both my furnace and AC. They are meticulous in all their services. I highly recommend them.

What a wonderful company from sales, to installation, to service! We needed a new air conditioner and had planned on getting comparison estimates from a few places. After meeting with salesperson Ryan, we knew this family owned business was who we wanted to buy from, and cancelled our other appointments. Ryan took great care and time to go over our current heating/cooling set up,listened to our concerns and answered all our questions. It was very obvious he had a comprehensive knowledge of both cooling and heating. When it was time to talk product and price,his knowledge was again evident. We chose a Carrier unit (my father had actually worked for Carrier back in the 70's !) He did not try to oversell us. We felt confident we were getting a fair estimate,quality product AND a company who was going to take care of us long after installation! The installation process experience was equally impressive. There were modifications needed (which Ryan had already explained to us during his visit) and the young man did an amazing job.Quality Air Hearing and Air Cooling are a class act from start to finish. We are VERY pleased with our Carrier unit. It is much quieter than our 15 year old unit and cools beautifully. The Carrier name still reflects the quality of the old days with the technology of today!

Great experience with installation of a ductless system which totally addressed our cooling issue with our upstairs bedroom.

I couldn't be happier with the level of knowledge and speedy service. I was connected with them through my home warranty 1st when i had an issue with a new furnace that (Buckeye) had installed and had tried to fix it and didn't costing me money and time. Quality came in and fixed it right away and addressed the error problem with it. Then with the air conditioning going out on the hottest time of the year, they were here right away and gave me options to pick from and installed a new unit within a few days. I made my decision on a unit on a Sunday and they installed on that Tuesday, Amazingly fast! This is truly a quality company you can rely on. They do what they say and are reasonably priced.

Installation complete in one day as indicated. Installer indicated that they were not informed of the change over to a high efficiency furnace but managed to get it worked out.

Found rattling sound due to line entangling and gas leak after installation.. The company responded quickly and fixed the problems.

We are very pleased with our new Carrier furnace and a/c unit from Quality Air. We appreciated how Ryan took the time to help us decide what kind of unit would be best for our house and for our needs
