The installation went smoothly, with everything done competently , carefully, and courteously by a terrific crew. They met and exceeded our expectations— components were placed where we wanted them to be and attention was paid to details. For example, exhaust and air intake pipes for our Infinity high efficiency furnace were located so they took a minimum amount of space and preserved our ability to move from place to place in the basement. They removed an old floor\-mounted condensation pipe that was a trip hazard and installed a pump and line to a discharge point at our laundry sink. Easy to work with.,prompt, and helpful. Favret had been servicing our previous HVAC system for a decade, so choosing them was an easy decision.

The team that installed the air conditioner was very thorough and helpful in explaining what they were doing and why. The person who came later that day to calibrate the machine was also very capable.

Installation of new equipment.

New furnace\- Carrier Infinity 80 Gas Furnace, Carrier Humidifier and FocusPRO 6000 Thermostat

When the technicin came to hook up the AC they turned off the heat and left without turning it back on. The notification I received detailing the equipment shows the wrong address the equipment was installed. It shows Etna Ohio and not the correct location of Pickerington Ohio.

We have had a 38 year relationship with Favret. They installed my last HVAC system (Goodman) 17 years ago and provided annual maintained since then. I replaced the Goodman because it was old, not because it failed. We chose a Carrier system because Favret has been such a professional, high quality installation / service provider. If Favret sold another brand instead of Carrier (e.g., Lennox, Bryant, Goodman) we would have bought it. In short, our purchase decision was driven by Favret's reputation, not Carrier's.

Very friendly and answered all my questions. They cleaned after themselves and didn't let any of my cats escape! They also gave me great advise on how to take care of the new unit and even suggested that my furnace gets maintenance. I would use this company again!
