Great job today by JonLe removing heat pump and installing air conditioning unit with new coils and smart thermostat.

I've been using Jonle and Carrier to heat and cool our home for twenty years. The installation, service, and equipment always exceed expectations.

Wonderful service, quick, kind, and they left the area cleaner than it was when they came in!

We were getting bids to replace our furnace of 27 years. I had not thought of Jonle until my son's neighbor commented on them. Them came in with a fair competitive price with a detail of the work to be done. Even one of the other companies I was talking to spoke highly of them. It took about 5 hours or so to replace the old furnace. I got a walk thru of how things work.

I have used Jonle for many years for servicing our furnace and ac every year. Since the ac was 35 years old and the furnace 30 years we decided to replace both because of the elimination of Freon. We never considered anyone else to this due to the quality service, fair pricing, and their genuine concern for customers ( some of our family also have been Jonle customers for many years too).The installers could not have been more courteous, they never stopped working, and they took care of all the clean up and they answered my many questions and instructed me on the units. Second AC unit we have purchased from them in 15 years, along with one furnace 9 years ago. They have provided our service and maintenance on these units and I would definitely use them again.

Jonle has been great to work with \-\- we use them for our annual HVAC maintenance and chose them to install our new furnace and AC units.

23 year old furnace quits right before a cold snap. Jeff Grey and Mike Breiner responded the same day. Met with Jeff to decide on best new system to meet our needs with Jeff bringing space heaters to get us through the cold spell. Installation team could not have been more respectful, efficient, clean and knowledgeable. Can't say enough good things about the Jonle team....they are the best! Thank You guys!

Jeff Gray and Luke and the installation team were great! I would highly recommend to anyone needing service on your existing units or needing a new system.

Jonle recently installed a gas furnace in our home and plumbing to bring the gas into the house. Recognizing that some pieces of our prior heating system could be used with the gas heating system, Jeff, the sales rep, recommended that we continue to use our electric heat pump and furnace coil, a recommendation that saved us the additional expense of purchasing these items new. Jeff carefully looked for ways to bring the gas into the house and vent the furnace, coming up with a way that reduced piping and labor costs as well as creating minimal repair to the basement ceiling and drywall. The Jonle installation crew was efficient, knowledgeable, respected the cleanliness of our home, and answered my many questions. Any issues that arose were fixed promptly and completely. Jonle installed an electric furnace and heat pump system about 20 years ago and have provided service and preventative maintenance for us since then. We trust and respect Jonle!

Really, the people that made AC are around in 2017, Think they would have caught up with the times. I had a retro\-fit of AC to a special system. My existing unit could not take the complex units, I had to go with the simpler unit. I spent good money and hoped for a better experience than what was received. Really, almost 4K for a unit and you do NOT put sound proofing blankets in the unit. This sounds like a train. You competition makes this a standard at half the price. Your competitor does this and does a 10/10 warranty. . This was the last Carrier I will ever buy (bet this doesn't make the review section). In summary I have a middle of the road system, I paid premium price for the AC name and have full disappointment in Carrier for not making this system better. I will have them come out this week and put a sound blanket on the compressor for another 100 bucks. Carrier, couldn't have done this at the factory??? Cheap\-o's. Just like SEARS, they rode the name on a niche they had. They got outdated as you will. I believe their competition did everything not old school, they call it Amazon. You're gone in 10 years, just my opinion. The installers, simply the best. Jonle is the best... Period

Sales, installation and the price was the best. The salesperson and installers were friendly, professional,knowledgable and left my home the way they found it. Clean. The salesperson worked with me and came up with a unit that was best for me not the other way around. They know how to do things the "right way". Jonle treated me the way they would have wanted to be treated if they were the customer. Thanks Jeff, Dave, Luke and the "summer help".
