I had NO issues with Air One, they stuck to their word. Clean efficient install. Always honest and upfront with information.

I am not sure what the above is trying to indicate. It is vague but I want to ensure our repair service is rated 5 star throughout.

They responded to our AC failure within 30 minutes with a return phone call. Installed the system the next day, Arrived on time and finished in about 4 hours, just like they said they would. Clean and professional install.

They answered my 10PM frantic call when our AC went out, arriving first thing the next morning with a part to get it back on until the new unit arrived. When it overheated again on a very hot day they had creative ways to cool it, and we were able to maintain AC until the new unit was installed. The installation was professional yet personal, efficient, and they cleaned it all up. They helped us get through a very difficult time over several near\-record heat days, always available to help.

The best part was, the unit was installed just 5 days after I made the decision to purchase the new unit.
