The experience was seamless. They are my cervice provider for heating and air, and when our air conditioner went out I called them. They sent a representative to the house to make sure they ordered the correct size of condenser, they ordered what was needed and when the products came in, they installed the condenser with no issues. The unit worked well all of the 2024 summer.

Stays at the exact temperature that it is set on. Love my air conditioner. We have a 1800's 2 story house so it will not cool the upstairs. A little disappointed in that.
