The installing team was on time, worked quickly on the install, cleaned up upon finishing and give all the information needs on the new unit

They brought in extra people to install the new furnace and air conditioner quickly. I had family obligations I couldn't miss and they went above and beyond to make it happen. Well done and greatly appreciated.

The entire process was seamless: the quote; more questions after the quote; and finally the installation and cleanup. I'm very happy with my new heating system and the professionalism of JDJ. There wasn't any mess for me to cleanup. I just have a brand new heating and AC unit.

Jdj comfort systems was amazing. Andy came last year and gave us a quote and walked us through everything and answered our 100 questions as first time home owners. We found the perfect system for us and the installers were great. It was pouring out and they made sure all floors and rugs were covered and cleaned up. The units are hung exactly where we wanted except one had to go on another wall but they walked us through how that works. They cleaned up after and explained how everything works. They did an amazing job outside with the covering of pipes. It?s so neat and we are beyond happy. They completed the job in 2 days and worked to find 2 days that worked for us. They were just amazing.

The crew was on time and very courteous and knowledgeable. They kept me informed throughout the day and were very professional. When they were finished the area was spotless. I would highly recommend them.

The unit was installed in the lower level of the house, where the existing heat did not fully warm the room and the air conditioning had to be running for a very long time to have any effect at all. Now the unit services that room only and is controlled by a remote that can be placed anyplace in the room. So far only the heat has been required and it works very good. The outdoor unit is exceeding quiet, the indoor unit also. Very pleased so far.
