I had a new air conditioning system installed by two technicians, Steve and Cole, From BOURQUE Mechanical Systems on August 26, 2025. Between the time they arrived and the time they left, they were totally professional and hard-working. They arrived on time and told me when they expected to be finished with the installation. They were finished on time. They cleaned up after themselves and left my home as they found it. They explained how the new system runs before leaving. These gentlemen were very professional. Bourque Mechanical Systems did exactly what they said they would do. They gave me a very reasonable price on the installation. I would highly recommend them. I’ve been with them since I built my home in 2002. I had them back every year to service my heater and air-conditioning system. Again I highly recommend this company, without any hesitation at all. they do what they say they’re going to do when they’re going to do it.

I like these guys. We've had a variety of issues with the equipment over the years that Bourque dealt with. We have two furnaces because of the construction of our house. A squirrel somehow got into the upstair furnace. It had brought its nuts into the fan housing and then died there. A Bourque technician had quite the time cleaning up the mess. The only problem we had was that we ordered the heat pump last year. Bourque couldn't get it until April. The delay turned out to be a good thing in that our old furnace failed in December so we were able to get a more efficient furnace and heat pump.

After several discussions with Shane , who came out to our house to discuss heat pumps, I had Bourque Mechanical install over a two year period two Carrier mini\-split heat pumps in our 1950's ranch house. One went into the master bedroom, the other into the family room. he jobs were done efficiently, on time, and the workers were communicative and thoughtful. Both units work flawlessly and we are very happy with the result\-\-we can now efficiently and silently cool or heat the house without major ductwork. I chose Bourque because I read good things about them on Angie's List \-\-\-and I would not hesitate to hire them again for another project related to their expertise.
