Quick install and experts at HVAC systems!!

The installers were very good and helpful. Every call to the office has been returned promptly. Duct cleaning that was included in the new furnace and AC install was not scheduled for day of install, so due to my work schedule, this had to be rescheduled multiple times. I was not ever provided a reason for why it was not performed the day of the install. The technician who came to clean the ducts was very pleasant, how ever, he needed to be asked to clean up the mess made and even moved a couch over a pile of dirt he left.

Affordable quoted me a fair price for the Carrier air conditioning/heating unit. They were committed to answering all my questions, and installing the unit according to HOA rules. They arrived on the day expected, right on time. I am totally satisfied with the work they did. The new Carrier air conditioner is quiet and does a great job keeping my condo cool. :\-)

We have two HVAC systems. Affordable started out on the right foot by easily fixing one: saved us almost $10,000. Their bid, the last of seven, was complete and competitive\-\-and I didn't have to ask for clarification on anything. The two installers, Philip and Dakota, were a good team; did a smooth job of it. I am very impressed by Affordable Service.

This business is very professional! Workers showed up when expected and all aspects of the install was impressively proficient. I would very definitely use this business again and have already recommended them to neighbors.

The A/C drip line needs to be moved. I can't get anyone to call me back. Noah was supposed to send me a welcome packet with the serial numbers. I have not received that. Noah doesn't return a lot of calls. I found out from Carrier that the products were not registered (this extended the warranty by 5 years). I had to do get the serial number on the roof and the other 2 before the 90 days were up. Affordable told me they were going to register the products for me. I haven't heard any updates on the house surge protector that was on back order. A/C works great. I had to zip\-tie a plug cover on the roof because the wind kept opening it up. I just can't get anyone to follow up with me.

It has been a pleasure to work with this company for the purchase and installation of my A/C unit and furnace. Kevin did my estimate and spent over an hour explaining the process and helping me navigate the financing. He came to my house twice—the second time he came to do some measurements and my roofers were present. Kevin even gave them a hand! Story and Joe headed up my installation. They were absolutely amazing. They are incredibly courteous, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and just plain fun to be around. They took their time to ensure I was comfortable with the system. The office staff were also fantastic (I'm sorry—I don't remember all their names). They were very professional and helpful. They worked really well together to get me everything I needed. This was such a positive experience!

Other than having to wait a few days to have the repair done on our air conditioning (they did loan us a portable air conditioner while we waited) we were very pleased with the service. Bill and Lucas repaired, checked, and cleaned everything. So nice to see such a good work ethic with these two men. I recommend them for your HVAC needs.

After having several companies come out to my home to give their options on my AC issue, Affordable Services was the only company that gave me the quality service I was seeking. Their technicians were very knowledgeable and helpful right out of the gate. They took the time to really look at my AC and gave me options on how I could fix the issues I was having. They also took the time to explain exactly what the issue was and why it was happening. A very difficult decision was made easier because they made me feel comfortable and I knew they were definitely the company I wanted to install my new AC system. After weighing up all of our options we decided to replace the broken AC unit and also install a new furnace as both of these were original to the home (15 years old). They did a great job with installation (no mess and no fuss) and they were super polite and professional. These guys made the experience much better than what I was expecting!

Installers did a terrific job. They competently and professionally made all necessary changes to duct work and other issues that were necessary to ensure a proper installation of all equipment. They kept me informed throughout the process of the necessary changes and either showed me personally what was accomplished or took pictures to show me where I could not go on my own, such as on top of the roof. I am very satisfied.

A local company, Affordable Service, installed the new Carrier in my home. Did an excellent job and it's an excellent product!

Affordable etc were absolutely wonderful: A/C shut down Sunday Sunday afternoon; Kevin arrived Monday 4pm for assessment and then said he could install in two weeks. Instead, men completed the installation by 4PM MONDAY, when outside temperatures were over 90. The men wore masks, were extremely friendly and efficient, observed covid19 regulations. My hat's off to them. I have been their customer for almost 20 years and they have never let me down.

The installation team arrived on time and did a professional job of converting my home to refrigerated air, explaining the process along the way. The couple of issues I did have were quickly remedied by the manager, who came to my home the following day to assess and then resolve my issues. I felt like Affordable took good care of me from start to finish.

The tech had little concern on not installing a small inline filter screen that is designed to protect the unit from debris that might be in the system disappointed and if the unit fails due to this over sight Affordable needs to bee responsible for any failure this might cause. also he never noted this down in his notes, left our gate open. He was more of a sales person then a HVAC Tech.

The only issue I have ever had with affordable service and plumbing is the scheduling. We would schedule a time but the crew would show at a different time, and another day a technician showed up to finish something that I was never told about. The service they do is excellent and outside of scheduling I would definitely recommend them. The Carrier heater that was installed is fabulous
