Furnace Repair & Service

Charged me $200 for a part that costs $20. What a rip off. I am a civil engineer that knows how to find what materials cost. You won't stay in business if you keep that up.

I would like to get this 0 stars. I met with the gentleman (John I believe) at my house and showed him everything. He said he would send a quote later that evening. I never received a quote. I decided to go with another company for my AC conversion. Thanks for your time.

technician was excellent, very knowledgable and thorough.

Horrible service by initial person who came out to change our swamp cooler, didn't know what he was doing and took him over two hours, and he still didn't get it right putting the pads in backwards and setting the float incorrectly. Second guy who came out to fix what the first guy did was down rite RUDE. He was a bad representation of your company.

What service? I have not requested nor received any service.

The whole experience was refreshing after getting multiple estimate visits and quotes from other companies. Process was straight forward, and price was reasonable. Responsiveness was exceeding good.

The service tech was wonderful and I am very happy with the service I received. However, I need to have a repair and when I called to schedule an appointment for this repair, I was told that the part had to be ordered and they would call when that they had a ETA. So far no call, no update, no appointment, nothing.

Your website says SCHEDULE appointment so I did last night. I was expecting a technician here today between 8\-12 as I selected. When I called your office a lady answer and said she had to transfer me, I sat on hold for 20 minutes to get a voicemail. I hung up and called back reached your service department and the lady told me your website is to REQUEST a service call not schedule. That a pretty scummy thing. 2 weeks out ya no thanks. I also work in service and we are extremely busy so although I cannot wait I get it. However, you're website leading people to believe they are scheduling an appointment that's just bad business.

There has been no follow up on my appointment for over a week. I waited two weeks for an appointment, a technician showed up and told me I had a leaky coil. He indicated he would contact the office to determine if it was under warranty and if not he would Tell me the cost of replacement. I paid $80 for the visit and he did nothing. There has been no follow up no return calls. Feel like you stole my money

The person who called to schedule an appointment was courteous. The website gave the impression that one could request a specific date for service, but the person said that the earliest available service would not be until July 27th, more than two months from now! That is simply too long to wait when the company's ads and the website imply that one can call for convenient service. The company needs to modify the website to indicate probable wait time or hire more people to meet the demand. Cannot recommend this company, in spite of a previous satisfactory routine service.

Everyone was very helpful from the beginning. I received a timely call back from when I first requested to speak to someone. When the sales representative arrived he was very professional and explained things in a very detailed and easy to understand manner. When the crew arrived for instal they also were very professional and detailed. They explained every step and made sure to clean up each day they were at our residence. My overall experience with them was very positive and highly recommended.

We had the service guys come out because our furnace was making a noise. Needless to say, the furnace wouldn't make the noise while they were here. But they went ahead and performed annual service after inspecting it, and gave us suggestions as to why it was making the noise. They were friendly and professional. We are always happy with the service you all provide.

Not impressed at all. Not the same company it once was

I found these technicians to be very knowledgeable and the company very responsive. I would have given them five stars if not for the crack left in my ceiling. Always look over your invoice before signing as there were charges for things I paid for on previous visits. Caught and removed. I would use them again and would recommend them for anyone needing HVAC service.

I think you are missing a great opportunity with your contractors first contact. I choose you because your internet was local https://andersonaircorps.com/cities\-served/santa\-fe/ress . My contact was from Alburqueque (100 miles away). You would have been my first choice because I am replacing a Carrier furnace and adding air\-conditioning. I understand that the cost of driving back and forth and maybe not getting the contract after the estimate makes business sense but $350.00 is a bit much. My original intent was to get someone from Santa Fe which would be local for me. You are losing out because I am a repeat customer having a Carrier furnace. I called Anderson Air because they were highly recommended. I am disappointed but I do understand.

Technician failed to properly turn system back on and it got very hot in house. Had to call you back and get another tech to come back and properly turn system back on. First time though I have ever had a problem with you and will remain a customer.
