AirPro installed my central air and performed outstanding and the Carrier system worked great so I selected AirPro for my split system in the sunroom.

AirPro replaced the two existing condenser units. Throughout this process from beginning to end both Jared and the work crew were punctual, reliable, answered questions with full disclosure, no surprises in the estimated budget, informative. Jared was very attentive to my concerns and, in my opinion, went above and beyond what I typically see in a service provider.

The installers, Allen and his assistant were very professional and did a great job. the job from start to finish was very easy. Also when Allen left could not tell he had been there which made my wife very happy as she did not have to clean up after them,

Honest and trustworthy service

Allen and Mike showed up to our house 30 minutes early for the 10 am appointment,Wind out of the north @15\-20 mph with sleet and snow @29 and dropping.It only took 15 minutes for them to bring new unit and supplies and tools to start .In 3 hours they were done! The Best Installation experience ever !

So far we have not used AirPro for service since our new units have been recently installed.

Jarod spent almost two and a half hours at my house trying to figure out the best HVAC options for my house, while other estimators did not take more than one hour. He gave me different ideas for set\-up, which I appreciated, and was very thorough in his estimate. Mike and Allen were wonderful installers, who made sure everything was done right and to my liking. They did not mind my kids watching them work (and asking lots of questions). I really appreciated the time they AirPro to make my system work for me.

Diagnosed problem with old unit, gave options for attempted repair or replacement and pros and cons of each. When we chose to replace they did it the next day!

Airpro installed a new Carrier furnace in my home. In the past Airpro had installed commercial units in the commercial properties I managed. Airpro is very reliableand professional. I would recommend them to anyone needing commercial or residential service or installation.

They removed the old carrier and installed a new one.

SPEAKING AS A PROFESSIONALLY TRAINED AIR CONDITIONING MECHANIC SINCE 1958 IN THE MARINE CORP I KNOW QUALITY SERVICE WHEN I GET IT. JEROD TEAM DID A GREAT JOB. THEY ITEMIZED WHAT THEY WILL DO AND DID EXACTLY THAT IN A TIMELY WAY. THEY FOLLOWED A LOGICAL PROCEEDURE AND TESTED SYSTEM, THEY THEN INFORMED ME HOW SYSTEM WOULD WORK. AFTER COMPLETION, THEY SCHEDULED A CITY INSPECTION. AND LASTLY, THEY EVEN REGISTERED MY SYSTEM TO ENSURE I WOULD HAVE A TEN YEAR PARTS WARRANTY. WHAT MORE COULD I ASK FOR? WELL MAYBE THEY WOULD PAY FOR THE FIRST MONTHS BILL?

I purchased a new 2\-ton air conditioner and Air Pro was very professional all the way through the purchase and installation. However, I was told that I would get a $300 rebate from the electric company. However, the electric company sent me a denial letter stating that my unit was not eligible for the rebate. Can you send me documentation stating that my 16\-SEER unit is in fact eligible for the federal rebate program? Thanks,
