When it was determined I needed a new gas furnace heater, Marty, the sales rep, contacted me within a day to arrange an appointment. After discussing with me my expectations, he determined what I needed and emailed a proposed contract within another day. Once I signed the contract, arrangements were made to replace my heater within the week. The installers were prompt, professional, and friendly. I needed some new duct work extensions which their shop custom\-made and the installers finished the job by mid\-afternoon. They answered my questions without making me feel stupid, they explained everything I needed to know, and they respected my home and me.

Ben's ProServ was a pleasure to work with from initial consultation to completed installation.

Great installation

The crew of young gentlemen that showed up were courteous, respectful, friendly and very efficient. They were here at 8:00 a.m. and had our old air conditioning unit out and our new unit up and running by 12:00 p.m. They cleaned up and left no trace of anything behind. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Installers were excellent! Did what they said, when they said they would do it. So far no problems at all.

Everyone was competent. Installers were really polite. Great guys!
