Service was excellent from the Proposal process to the installation process and everything between and after the installation. Frank J. the sales rep took the time to explain everything, Scheduling was a breeze over the phone and the installation team worked hard all day and did a wonderful job cleaning up! The service representatives Roxanne have been so patient with me over the phone. Bovio\-Rubino know how to take care of their customers! I would highly recommend them.

This is usually considered a huge purchase and a dynamic experience for most people. So, in addition we were in the middle of winter without heat and looking for someone who would understand our situation and willing to provide help immdiately with compassion and not take advantage of our dilema.. noticed Bovio and Rubino repair trucks in our neighbor so we rolled the dice. They responded immediately with a sales person Mr. Tom McKissick and with knowledge and the right attitude for doing the right thing both with service and attention to our problem. The service person was a Ms. Roxann Corrado and she was a very pleasant surprise. She took over with a fury and set up an installation the next day providing detailed information on the product and cost and gave us installers who knew the business and dedicated themselves in providing service, dedication and with experience.

I have been with them for 35 years. Never had a problem. Would not use anyone else

From the purchase of and installation of my replacement HVAC system I was impressed with the professionalism of the entire Bovia Rubino Team from both the sales team and installation team.

Oscar and the guys with him were excellent. Left no mess and did a great job on the installation. Would highly recommend.

Omar and his son worked as a really cohesive team. They were professional and personable. The install took a little extra time, but that's because they ran into some unexpected complexity in my older home's HVAC set\-up. Once they were able to assess the concerns, they adapted just fine and got the install done the right way. They even moved my thermostat into a different room for me\-\-something I had been putting off doing for months. Very happy with how everything turned out, but hopefully I don't need to see Omar ever again! :)

Great job from sales meeting through installation.

I recently Had to replace the original HVAC system in my home. It was 17 years old and that had been costing increasing amounts to repair in recent years. When the inducer motor stopped working, I decided that it was time to consider replacement and I had to research options. After speaking with and receiving evaluation and proposals from several contractors ,I made the decision to move forward with Bovio Rubino. I appreciated the fact that the representative who came out initially carefully explained the details of the system, suggested some changes, made calculations to ensure that my new system was properly sized for my home and provided multiple options for me to consider. I must confess that I learned more about HVAC systems than I ever thought I needed to know. They were able to accommodate my schedule for installation, arrived promptly and finished the job in one day. It has been almost a month since the install, and so far I am overall pleased with the operation of the system and comfort level in my home.

Technicians and sales staff were all very knowledgeable and professional. The salesman walked us through our furnace replacement process and the service technicians did a great job installing the new furnace and explaining how to operate and maintain it.

The technician from Bovio Rubino was able to get my broken heater working long enough (3 Days) for a new one to be installed. Where the company I had a service contract with said "it's done. You need a replacement and left."

Bovio service did not listen to customers concerns. demanded payment before ALL equipment was installed and job complete contract stated no payment until job was complete and customer was completely satisfied. I have used carrier products in the past and have always been satisfied I have used Rubino Service company in Voorhees NJ before the merge and have always been 100% satisfied Bovio staff was involved in this installation and issues they did not install all the equipment before demanding full payment Brian Bovio became involved and after much discussion job was completed and customer made full payment.

Bovio Rubino staff were helpful and responsive, sent service tech on same day I notified them of a problem with our A/C. Problem was diagnosed as a leaky compressor, requiring a new A/C unit. Company installed within 5 days. Great service.

My AC compressor died on a Friday, Bovio came out Saturday and pronounced it DOA. Sales came out on Sunday, presented proposal and was signed by Monday afternoon. Within 48 hours I had a new Carrier unit that meshed well with my existing Carrier furnace for maximum efficiency.

Efficient competent clean installation

We were regular happy customers of Bovio, so we decided to have them replace our HVAC system. We did have a couple of issues with installation. We really had to stay on top of them as it seemed to us that they would cut corners and hope we wouldn't notice. Our new filter box and some ductwork were put in with the trash on the pod. Luckily, we were able to catch the pod pick up guy in time and he helped us fish our new parts out of the trash. The installer said he didn't know we were supposed to get a new filter box with ductwork. This was written right on our proposal. Shouldn't he be able to recognize these parts and ask someone? Why leave them with the trash? Another problem was after asking us if we had a brick they could use (which we thought was odd) our condenser unit was left unlevel. I will say that when brought to the company's attention, both issues were resolved. However, my confidence in the workmanship is not high. I just hope there weren't any similar actions that we did not notice that will impact how the system operates in the future. Another issue we had was not really the fault of Bovio, but is very concerning to us. After the furnace was installed, the motor did not work. They quickly were able to find another new motor and install it and the furnace worked. However, now we feel as we invested a huge amount of money for a new system, but really got what we consider a refurbished model. We worry about problems down the line with the rest of the furnace. Was it dropped? Was it a bad day at the factory? We really don't want a lemon. Bovio does have a 3 year labor warranty and they also added years on the labor on the blower motor for us, which we appreciate, but we still have concerns with the whole unit. We may still have to take this up with Carrier. For right now, our unit is working fine and the company did try to make most things right.

Whole process went very smooth. We interviewed couple companies, Bovio\-Rubino was most transparent and knowledgeable, quickly got back with an estimate including couple of options. Upon signing a contract they showed up on agreed date, technicians were great, clean and courteous. I am very pleased with the process and equipment works great, big improvement.

The sales representative, John Turnbull was very knowledgeable with Carrier and answered all of our questions.

First they reviewed how the installation was going to be completed, were efficient, and when the installation was completed reviewed how to use the system to maximize its efficiency. They cleaned up when they were done and you'd never know they were there. Mike and Allen made the installation an easy process.

Great installation time

We had a new furnace, new compressor and new water heater installed in a 119 year old stone house. The team definitely ran into logistical problems (how do you drill through a 16" stone wall?, for one), solved them quickly and efficiently and got the full install done in the allotted 2 days. They were on time, courteous and cleaned up very nicely after they finished their work. Bob gave us a 101 review of all the new systems and the thermostat, made sure we had everything we needed, then went on his way. Ver professional team.

Bovio did an excellent job of replacing my HVAC unit and water heater. They are excellent at communicating what is happening and when.

Rob did a high quality job in the installation of a new Infinity Series HVAC system, taking the time to install it right and explain the installation requirements and new features of the system.

I like that they continually stay in contact via email or phone. They even send the picture of the technician.

Everyone at Bovio was great \- from Tom who came to give us an estimate to the office staff when I had a question to the team sent to do the installation. The installation team started on time and were done by early afternoon; they were neat and explained how the new system worked. I would recommend Bovio to anyone needing a new air\-conditioner/heating system.

Each contact with Bovio was met with a professional response starting with the nice people on the phone followed up by the sales rep and finally the installation team. I did months of research and they were quick to answer questions.
