Warren Heating And Cooling's technicians were very professional, and did a great job with the removal of our old system, and the installation of the new more efficient system.

Fast, competent, cheaper would be better :\-)

The installers did a nice it took 2 days but they installed 2 ac units and furnaces. The jury's out since I haven't stressed the new units yet hoping to save some on utility costs.

3/15/2019 Tom and Mike and Crew! I thank you for spec'ing out my Carrier Central AC system correctly, and for the thorough and complete installation of this system. This system was replacing a Carrier system that was already in place prior to me purchasing my home back in 1991, so it was at least 28 years old. My original system was still operational, but I figured better to replace it now than to wait for Murphy's Law to kick in. The Trust I have in you started out when meeting Tom Sullivan for the initial consultation. His follow up, and a few visits back, to talk with me were invaluable. My Trust was solidified when I met Mike and his Team upon Installation Day. I was prepared prior to their arrival, they told me what to expect, they asked me questions, then performed as they said they would, and finished up with walking me through the system and leaving my house and grounds clean and neat. Having dealt with several Home Contractors over the years I must say that interacting with you and your people has been an excellent experience and I recommend your products and services to others. Warren heating and cooling service tech came on promised schedule time and finish up the installation on time. All the tech were very knowledgeable and answers all my questions during installation. Definitely refer to friends and the family and looking forward for the next project.

This is replacing a Carrier 3\-ton central air unit I had install 28 years ago. I also have a through the wall A/C unit in my other house the was installed in the mid\-1960's\- and that one STILL WORKS very well! So the best evaluation of a product is from personal experience, or from someone who has had a GREAT experience with the product\- or TWO! Best thing about this new unit is it has modern features and is more energy efficient even with a higher capacity.
