Edison Heating \& Cooling was the company I went with to replace 30 yr old furnace/AC (HVAC) and water heater. I went with them because they measure home's cubic feet to get best HVAC system for home and gave better price which included permit fees, water heater, humidity control, \& thermostat, which some HVAC contractors don't include in quote. Tech explained all features of system when finished. They did great job installing and home is very comfortable with new 2 stage furnace system.

I've used them for all my HVAC needs \- two furnaces, two condensers and two coils in addition to some peripheral equipment. Professional installers, excellent pre\-sales, post\-sales and service. Highly recommend to anyone that has an HVAC requirement. The furnaces (and air filters) were replaced about six years back and I went back to them for all my cooling needs this year. Over the last six years, they have further improved their shortcomings \- which were not too many in the first place. If anything they have become even more professional and I went from recommending them to "Highly recommending" them.

They should have assisted in the setup of the web\-based portion of the Infinity control and left enough wire to put the emergency shutoff due to waterpump failure in a plac where water would be seen first.

Since my home has historic value and has hot water heat, installing central air conditioning without esthetic damage to the interior was a difficult task. The contractor worked with me and designed an acceptable system that is unobtrusive in the living space of my home. The system in the utility room in my basement is larger than originally expected, but the contractor was able to install the equipment and ductwork without structural modifications. The system integrates well with my existing heating system and the air circulation feature filters the air and keeps an even temperature throughout my home. Great purchase.

Big names dont matter. Its the service and approach to customer satisfaction that matters. Edison HVAC just fits that description. When I was shopping for replacing my Furnace, amidst getting quotes from different vendors, i also included some of the big and famous names. But realised that what matters most is what they have to offer without compromising with business ethics. I found Edison HVAC very professional, at every stage. Gary Bernardo, the advisor who came home to inspect and give me a free quote, was very knowledgeable, professional and honest in his views, unlike the few others whom i found were pushing one product or another for a commercial agenda. Gary explained what I need, and what options i had, and the pricing variables. He later sent me an online customized quote. Answered my follow up questions promptly by calling me the same day. I did find them a bit pricey compared to others, but they also had so much to offer, all so transparent and upfront. They even followed up afterwards to see if I had made my decision, while I didnt even hear back from others that gave me a quote. Felt it was easy to make the decision, as price alone isnt the factor to decide. The technicians who came to install the unit too were professional and did a great job. I would recommend Edison HVAC any day to friends. They are a local name to reckon, backed by experience and service and a customer focused approach.

Overall great work from the estimate process to the installation. The only small issue was that the workers did not properly clean up after themselves leaving small pieces of debris around their work areas. Also, they somehow cut the string we used to turn the light on and off in the furnace room. A supervisor came to check a few days after installation and stated he would fix it and provide us with a year of complementary service for the trouble but since that day we have not received an email regarding the 1 year complementary service and has not returned to fix the lighting issue he said he would fix.

Recently decided to replace our aging Central AC equipment with Carrier. In one day Edison Heating and Cooling techs (David and Keenan) did an outstanding (and highly difficult) install in our old house. We were impressed!

After years of paying for PSEG's Worry\-Free coverage, we finally made the decision to stop the hassles and fix our HVAC issues for good. We were told that EDISON HVAC is the place to go and we heard right. Dan Weber, our sales tech confirmed and explained all the issues we were facing BEFORE making a recommendation for a system change. We took time to review. They did not bother us at all. Agreed to a 5 year ZERO INTEREST payment plan. For the installation, ROB, LES and ANTHONY were very hardworking professionals who took a lot of care and attention to make sure our old home remained intact. We really appreciate the hard work ROB and LES each put in. We got a brand\-new HVAC system installed with additional vents and corrections made. After getting several quotes from reputable local contractors, Edison Heating and Cooling offered the best value for the dollar. They did the most thorough evaluation of the cooling system that was needed and included a five year cooling system maintenance plan along with the standard Carrier warranty.

Edison Heating and Cooling has a fair price and very professional installation process. Unlike some of the other installer who trying to talk me into buying the best and top of the line product. They are very practical, based on our existing system and house size, provide us with optional best fix our needs. Oh also, I loved the most is that their estimate and contract are all online. Each item is very clearly listed and when I decided sign with them the whole contract signing is also online which is a big plus in my book :)

I received quotes from 4 HVAC contractors before deciding to go with Edison and I am very pleased that I did. To start my salesperson, Ryane was very low pressure, professional and a pleasure to work with. The quote from Edison was by far the most detailed quote I received so you know literally every piece that will go into the installation. The system installation went very smoothly, was very neat and all of my questions were answered prior to the installers leaving. Just as importantly, the office took care of registering my equipment as well as apply for any energy rebates I qualified for and they are dealing with applying for and paying for all town permits. Very impressed all around!

Like most of you shopping for HVAC system you are getting numerous quotes. I got six quotes. My salesman Ryane Sweeney was not only the most professional, knowledgeable person that came to my house he was no pressure salesman. He explained the benefits of each system and how they would improve my air quality. He was extremely detailed in the quote noting ducts that needed repair or dampers, building the system and even running a couple new vents. When install team came and I mean a team came they were like a well oiled machine. Starting at 8am ready to work and leaving at 6pm. Ryane came to my house to inspect the work three times to make sure what he promised was being done. All I can say is we did the 19 seer 4 ton VS AC and the 98 Furnace. We installed the Air Scrubber UV and Ozone and Infinity controller. It has been super easy to control and the air in my house is crisp, clean and cool. Get the Infinity system if you are planning on living in your house for atleast 5 years. Worth every penny. GO WITH EDISON!!
