Another company had installed our ductless system and now 2.5 years later it was not working and they couldn’t figure it out except to give us some expensive test that might not prove anything. I called KM Gomes beach they were listed on the carrier sight and told them our story. They came out made some adjustments and told us what needed to be done for 1/2 of what the install company wanted. KM was more professional and knowledgeable and wasn’t complaining about working overtime the week before. They were neat and did not require I remove the lattice I have around the outside of the unit. They said it was no issue! Thank you KM!!! We will never call anyone else!
