We had our "N" coil replaced as well as a new outside unit installed. Ben came out to do our initial diagnostic consultation (which was originally just going to be a summer maintenance tune up). He was able to quickly diagnose the issues our system was having, was knowledgeable, and informative. He came out for the visit on a Friday afternoon, had a quote to us by Saturday AM, and called back on Sunday to promptly schedule the repair and installation. James and Scott came out for the installation and repairs. They were on time, professional, and courteous. Would highly recommend Fresh Air Flow to others!

Amazing service from beginning to end! We initially called another company who essentially charged us $250 knowing we needed a new unit. I would have preferred to just put the $250 towards a new unit. Two weeks later we called Fresh Air Flow; they came out and explained our options. I have zero complaints.

The contractor and owner Ben, and his employees were very accommodating, extremely polite, courteous and very knowledgeable. Ben was able to respond quickly by phone, and kept in touch with us on any updates, and his employees quickly went to work being very protective of our home spaces until the job was complete. Each day they cleaned up after themselves, and when finished went over the operation of the new system with us. I highly recommend their services. Great job!
