Tom, owner of Monroe HVAC in Valentine Nebraska, walked us through the whole process of diagnosing and replacing our failing heat pump...I called him at approximately 10 in the morning and he was here by 1 o'clock to look at our unit. He explained benefits and downfalls of fixing our existing unit versus purchasing a new one. He gave quotes on several different price levels of units along with cost to repair our unit. He did not try to pitch us the highest price unit. He simply explained the diffences answered questions and let us decide. Tom removed both our indoor and outdoor units and installed a whole new system in less than 2 days. He was curtious and professional and did in our opinion a great job. Would highly recommend!!

Outstanding and professional dealer and employee base. Old unit went down then was condemned. Dealer within just a matter of days had me up and running with heat again. Professional, honest and trustworthy business, subcontractor and employees allowed me to feel confident in providing access to my residence even when I was not able to be home due to working out of town frequently. Monroe HVAC bid the job and despite a couple surprise conflicts during installation stuck to the original bid within three dollars. Monroe HVAC ensured I was comfortable with the installation and operation of the system with all finishing touches confirmed personally by the business owner. Even after the final check was written Monroe HVAC returned to replace a component of the system he felt was not acceptable during the final meeting with me. Super Satisfied with this installation, system and the Dealer!!
