Excellent Service

They did an excellent job giving me options to fit my situation. Once I made the choice, they were flexible with the installation date. The installers were very professional, on\-time, and did an outstanding, efficient installation. Significantly better than other HVAC companies I have used in the past.

Great company

Many years ago, our family switched our twice\-a\-year HVAC maintenance to D \& K from one of the big\-name services you see on TV a lot. We've always found them to be honest and capable and they haven't tried to sell me services I didn't need. When it came time for a new system, we did due diligence and got competing bids. It was not a surprise that D \& Ks bids were not only highly competitive but didn't have pricing gimmicks built\-in. We were given four good options and picked something that was an upgrade over our 18 year Carrier system, but that was in the realm of reason from a price standpoint. Everyone I've dealt with at D \& K has been very friendly and highly professional.

The installers were great. Explained anything I needed to know. They were thorough and quick and left no trace of anything behind them.

Our entire HVAC system was 24 years old and needed to be replaced. I reached out to D\&K and the salesperson specified a replacement system that matched my home's needs instead of trying to sell a system that was overkill for my home. The technicians did an amazing job of installing the equipment and reworking the gas piping using a manifold system. I am extremely happy with the outcome from D\&K!

They did a rip and replace of my existing systems. It was done in a day and it was very professional. Cleanup was great. I would recommend D\&K to anyone looking for a quality product and install, for a price that beats the big players hands down.

This is the second home I have had to replace a furnace and ac. I will never use anyone but D\&K. They're so knowledge and friendly! You won't be disappointed!!

I recommend reaching out to them as an option to have a new furnace or replacement unit installed. The price you are given is what you pay. No 'extras' or if they miss something on the quote...it is their expense. Everything they did was within a couple of days of ordering and when they are done you can't tell they were even there ( except for the new furnace ). I checked around just to keep them honest and was very pleased with everything from the communication to the final product. Their warranty service is fantastic as well... Quick to make it work again! They don't blow you off since the work is 'their expense'. You call with the issue and they get someone out right away. Great Customer Care!!

Quick and efficient replacement of older unit. The guys were very concerned about keeping the house clean and laid drop cloths through where they would walk going in and out. They made sure that the gates were closed when they left.

Very prompt service \& installation

Identified issue within an hour of calling. Options included fixing and several replacement options, even going gas instead of heat pump. Decided on purchase Monday morning, actually had it installed by 5:00 pm same day even tho we are in heat wave and they are super busy. Very highly recommended.
