Logan Heating and Air has been my service provider for heat and air service for 5 years now since I moved to NC.

Outstanding service!

I am surprised I received this evaluation. My engagement with the dealer was severely deficient. After two installations of the carrier product, they could not get it to work. Ultimately, we settled on removing all materials and giving a full refund. I will never know if the issue was the dealer or the product (Carrier). It does seem important to note that the manager heard my concerns and was responsive when I reached out.

The unit had a defective part and i had to do without for about 2 weeks, but they got it fixed.

Would highly recommend both Carrier & Logan

Had to call out for service after initial installation approximately 4 times.. They were prompt in coming out, but the issues are still unresolved.

Still awaiting name plate on outdoor unit.

Logan Heating and Air will be my go\-to for all my heating and air needs and electrical needs from now on!

This is my third installation this year, at my personal home and at our rental properties. Logan was the most through and competitive quote. Installation was exactly on time and as promised and there were no issues whatsoever. I am emphatic in my recommendation of Logan HVAC if you want to have a trouble\-free experience delivering EXACTLY what you expect and pay for.

I am a very "particular" customer. Logan and the team exceeded every expectation I had. Pat and Cordell, the installers were timely, professional and very patient with me hanging over their shoulders and asking questions non\-stop. Not once did they ask me to go away and they always took the time to answer my questions and explain their process. The office staff was professional and responsive too. I got quotes from three companies and three different brands and Logan offered the best equipment at the best price. Tom the sales rep was cordial, informative and very upfront. The Logan quote was superior in almost every aspect to the other large local vendors. While I had to wait 6 weeks for the install, they provided me a loaner A/C unit so I was fine during the wait. Their explanation for the wait was honest, and the quote and experience made it well worth the wait. I rarely write reviews, but was so thoroughly satisfied with this experience that I want others to know that there still really are good service businesses out there. I highly recommend Logan to anyone looking for HVAC systems. I also highly recommend Carrier, these two systems replaced my original two 32 year old Carrier units, which had given me practically no problems in their lifetime. I replaced one because the A/C needed work, but both Furnaces and one A/C still functioned fine, and I figured at 32 years, it was time to go ahead and do both. I certainly hope I have that kind of experience again.

We have dealt with Logan Heating \& Air since the early 1970's. Would NOT even consider going to another company. Logan has consistently been there for us in providing quality products, service and maintenance. Excellent in all respects. Their employees are professional, knowledgeable, personable and reliable.

Technician, Jeff is highly experienced with HVAC systems, personable and friendly. Performed a top quality installation and made sure the new unit was fully vacuumed and charged and and providing the Delta's between supply and return temperatures per design. He also identified an air flow issue I created by adding a 2nd filter to my return plenum box on my furnace. Explained how the 2nd filter was restricting air flow to the fan which reduced supply air into the house. Very professional installation and system working like a charm. technician was excellent with real HVAC experience. Very satisfied.
