The new unit does not cool the house. If thermostat is set at 72, by 1pm on a hot day the house is 78 or higher with unit running 24/7

He listened to what I was saying and didn't continually try to upsell me and of course the name Carrier sales it's self. I've used Anderson Air for my previous A/C unit service plan. They have always provided excellent service. When it came time to purchase a new A/C unit after 17 years they worked with me in the purchase and installation process. Their techs were knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Anderson Air. From proposal to finished installation, a real pleasure to deal with. Because the technicians had to work in a very tight space, they had to cut down some bushes. They could have easily cut twice as many bushes to make the installation easier. But instead they minimized the amount removed, and the change is barely noticeable. When the Carrier gas pack was turned on, the difference was very noticeable from the gas pack it replaced. Almost a month later, I'm still amazed by the efficiency of the Carrier gas pack.

I did not interact with the installer as this was a new construction build. I can attest that the system works good and my home inspector stated that this was a rare occurrence where he couldn't find a single fault in the installation of a new AC system.

Most reasonable price for a fantastic system. I knew what I wanted with the (old) SEER and HSPF numbers. Some of the local salespeople were simply outrageous. Anderson can in with a very nice price for the highest SEER and HSPF...and Carrier has a nice 10 year parts warranty.

Anderson Air was able to complete a full system swap in one day, and made sure the site was clean once done. They were even able to get us a higher efficiency unit, a bit of a challenge with some equipment being out of stock. We had a software glitch with the system, and they had a tech out same day. The install crew was careful when on site, polite, and show strong competency across the board. Excellent company to work with that cares about making a good name for itself through fair/transparent pricing and customer focused sales in a town where other companies are profit oriented. Awesome Knock it out and left clean

Anderson came out half a dozen times to service our HVAC system but it just wouldn't cool. Rather than give up, they ultimately replaced the system via our home warranty with very little cost to us. The new system cools like a champion (or Carrier for that matter) and we're very pleased with the outcome.

Dealer replaced a 6 year old, twice leaking, failing Lennox with a new Carrier. We currently have a number of Carriers that are more than 6 years old and have had relatively good service out of them. Dealer came in with a big crew and everyone appeared to go about their tasks efficiently, which made the installation go much faster than we thought possible. Having the right equipment also helped(lifting cart).

Great knowledgeable service with fair prices

We are in our 70's and we were having problems with the thermostat. The numbers were too small. After installation, they came back out and changed the thermostat to one with larger numbers. They have exceeded our expectations.
