Accu-Rite recently installed replacement HVAC equipment for us at Lake Norman. The prior York equipment lasted 40 years! The Carrier Performance Series two stage heat pump system has greatly improved cooling and heating comfort in our home. The installation crew headed by Joey did a great job of removing the old and setting up the new equipment in a section of the house built in the 1960s. Have found all the employees to be professional and respectful. Previously been using Accu-Rite for seasonal maintenance of the forementioned York system and two Goodman systems. Each of the technicians have been exceptional the past several years keeping them operational. This company's staff is highly trustworthy and reliable. Very responsive when called upon. With the new equipment installation, the office staff efficiently arranged for the county inspection, the Carrier registration, the power company rebate, as well as we appreciate the owners sending a written thank you acknowledgement for using Accu-Rite. Found the cost to be reasonable.

My previous long term HVAC contractor came and gave me an estimate to replace my system. He tried to fleece me! I didn't get to the age of 67 being stupid. A friend told me about his relationship with Accu\-Rite. When I called them they were so nice and I could tell they have family values. The young man that came to evaluate and estimate spent a long time under the crawl space. He came out with a sketch of the space, the system, and the ductwork. He also came up with multiple options. Their pricing is fair. Their crews are polite and hard working. They follow\-up and deliver on everything they say they will do. They are an excellent company.

We were in a deep cold snap and the furnace went out. Accu\-Rite got the new equipment installed in a timely fashion. The owner, Mike took the extra time to explain time to explain the system operation to us. Mike and his helper really stepped up to complete the job in one day. Accu\-Rite's office staff is what service use to be like: friendly, caring and efficient. We highly recommend Accu\-Rite to anyone needing HVAC work. Mike is a great representative for Carrier systems and how they function and benefit the consumer. He is able to explain how to best manage heating and use of the thermostats in one's home. I had used their service this past summer and found their tech to have very good communication skills so that sold me on calling them when the older furnace gave out.

My experience with Accu\-Rite was nothing short of awesome from the office staff to the gentlemen that come out and installed my new system from the ground up. The office staff is very prompt to call and answer questions that I had. Mike and his crew of men that come out were professional and courteous and very willing to answer any question that we had. And last but most definitely not least was HONESTY. Mike designed a whole new system for my house with about four different options ranging from the budget line of equipment to the top of the line. We were able to put a system together that fit our budget. That was a definite upgrade from what other HVAC companies were quoting me for basic equipment for the same price. I also opted for and additional upgrades with lager filtration and Air purification which has made a life changing difference in the air quality inside my house as I have Chronic Allergies. I will most definitely be a customer for life and will and have recommended them to several people already.

We contacted our dealer when our old heat pump system was fried by a lightening strike. He was there the same day. He surveyed the situation, made recommendations and gave us four good options for replacement at four different price points. We signed a contract that day. The system was delivered and installed on time. The installers were professional, courteous and efficient. The operation of the system was fully explained to us before they left. Best of all? The system is fantastic! It is extraordinarily quiet, holds temperature and humidity levels as programmed and appears by the on\-board energy cost calculator to be very economical to operate. All in all, our dealer made a pleasant experience out of what could have been a stressful situation.

AccuRite Services did an outstanding job of presenting complete HVAC Carrier product options. Because we travel a lot and are away from the property, we wanted the ability to control remotely Carrier's system. Besides installing a 3 zone high end Infinity system, I am able to monitor the temperature, settings, etc. remotely. AccuRite installed in one day and spent a very long day with me training me on remote and in house operation. We are very pleased with the system and the dealer we chose to go with.

Mike was especially helpful in explaining the options when picking our next system, providing advice as asked but not trying to up\-sell us. They had identified many issues with the work done by the previous installer and fixed many duct issues without charging (which I was grateful) as they were unexpected during the install.
