We currently have a seasonal maintenance contract with Mansfield Brothers of Southport, NC. When we began having problems with the original equipment installed in our condo (York), Mansfield Brothers came in and did an analysis and highly recommended the Carrier product as a complete system replacement. The installation is a bit tricky because it's a closed loop system in a top floor condominium. Mansfield Brothers coordinated everything from rental of a crane for roof top installation down to their technicians wearing booties to protect our bamboo flooring. The were in and out in one day, leaving our home clean and the new equipment working perfectly. I am highly recommending them to all our friends and neighbors.
