The dealer was very knowledgeable about the Carrier system that was installed. The workers that installed it was very polite and worked very steady, also when the job was complete they had cleaned up all of the trash.

This unit replaced a 16 year old Carrier that Comfort Wizards had been doing preventative maintenance on. The hard start kit, installed 2 years ago, failed. We discussed options and concluded replacing it was the best long term. I have terrible asthma so we looked at air filtration/purification options. I was not pressured in any direction but given options. I did ask the owner his recommendation, which he provided and which I followed. They were in and out in less than a day and we did notice improved air quality.

Jeff who was the first technician at my house was very thorough and went above and beyond by showing and explaining the issues my current unit had going on. The fact he was able to present multiple options to me on the original service date (not with exact pricing) made it even more clear that he has great customer care and not just looking to sell services or materials. The turn around time on my replacement unit was also very timely with great pricing too. All aspects of customer service from start to finish was exceptional.

Harlie gave us excellent advice. We originally intended to use money set aside by the sellers in escrow to purchase an evaporator coil, but Harlie showed us where spending only an additional $1,300 would save us a considerable expense in the future. The installers were courteous, on time, and quickly installed the new AC system, which works great!
